PT RANS Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk. (RANS) officially denied various negative rumors surrounding the company regarding alleged involvement in money laundering practices. Management emphasized that all operations and the initial public offering (IPO) process have proceeded in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
President Commissioner of RANS, Darwin Cyril Nurhadi, stressed that listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is no simple matter. Every prospective issuer must undergo strict oversight by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and go through documentation procedures involving hundreds of pages of information as a form of transparency to the public.
"Regarding the money laundering issue, we emphasize that it is merely a rumor without factual basis. The entire IPO process has met the disclosure standards required for public companies," Cyril said in a statement.
Furthermore, Cyril outlined the company's valuation track record as evidence of healthy business growth. A strategic investment from PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) back in 2021 was one clear indicator, where the company's valuation at the time reached IDR 1.3 trillion. Currently, RANS' market capitalization is recorded at IDR 2.87 trillion, reflecting significant post-IPO growth.
President Director of RANS, Nagita Slavina, fully supported the statement. According to her, the explanation provided by the President Commissioner is an accountable step to clarify public perception, while also demonstrating the company's commitment to maintaining transparent and professional business governance in the Indonesian capital market.
