PT Patra Drilling Contractor (PDC) has officially received a strategic mandate from shareholders to accelerate business transformation and improve operational efficiency. This directive was emphasized during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 Fiscal Year, held at PDC Tower, Jakarta, on Friday (19/6/2026).
The meeting was attended by the board of commissioners, the board of directors, and representatives of the shareholders, namely PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) as the majority shareholder and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). The main agenda of the AGMS included the approval of the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements, which also provided ratification of the board of directors' performance throughout that year.
President Director of PDC, Hery Lesmana, emphasized the company's commitment to following up on the shareholders' directives as an effort to strengthen added value for all stakeholders. The primary focus going forward includes strengthening operational fundamentals, competitiveness, and developing new business lines to respond to the increasingly competitive dynamics of the energy industry.
PDC's financial performance showed a positive trend with net profit reaching IDR 143.07 billion, an increase of approximately 11 percent compared to the previous year. The realization of the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) also reached 108.66 percent. In addition to financial aspects, the company successfully maintained strict work safety standards with a record of zero fatal incidents (zero fatality) and work accidents (zero LTI), as well as maintaining a good corporate governance (GCG) score of 84.36 percent.
As a subsequent strategic step, the AGMS has determined the allocation of net profit, which includes the distribution of dividends to shareholders and reserve funds as retained earnings to support future business expansion. With the full support of shareholders, PDC expressed optimism to continue contributing to national energy security through adaptive and sustainable measures.
