The Gunung Mas Regency Government (Pemkab), through the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida), formally held an evaluation report meeting for the Regional Economic Growth Acceleration Team for 2026. The meeting, held in the Meeting Room of the Gunung Mas Regent's Office on Wednesday (7/8/2026), aimed to monitor the effectiveness of work programs that have been implemented.
The evaluation agenda was chaired directly by the Vice Regent of Gunung Mas, Efrensia L.P. Umbing, accompanied by the Regional Secretary, Richard, along with other relevant officials. The presence of regional leadership underscores the government's commitment to maintaining the sustainability of economic growth targets established in the regency's development plan.
In her directive, Efrensia L.P. Umbing emphasized that regional economic dynamics require solid collaboration among local government agencies. She stated that achieving economic targets cannot be realized partially, but requires collective synergy from all stakeholders so that the impact of development can be felt directly by the wider community.
In addition to involving local government agencies, this evaluation forum also featured representatives from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Gunung Mas Regency. The involvement of BPS is crucial in providing factual data and accurate information that will serve as the foundation for formulating more measurable, effective, and sustainable economic policies in the future.
