PT Andalan Sakti Primaindo Tbk (ASPI) has officially announced a plan for a strategic change in share ownership through an acquisition conducted by PT GMP Group Investama. This step is marked by the transfer of 349,995,000 shares, representing 51.18 percent of the company's total issued and paid-up capital.

Based on information disclosed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (10/7/2026), the entire stake was previously owned by PT Andalan Sakti Inti as the controlling shareholder of ASPI. Management confirmed that PT GMP Group Investama currently has no direct or indirect shareholding relationship in the company's structure prior to this agreement.

This corporate move was undertaken as part of a comprehensive business expansion plan. Management stated that the acquisition aims to support business development and expand the buyer's operational reach in the future.

As of now, the acquisition process is still in the due diligence stage. There has been no official announcement regarding the transaction value or timeline for completing the share transfer until a final agreement is reached by both parties.
