PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) successfully recorded a positive performance throughout the 2025 financial year. Based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), this national payment system infrastructure manager successfully strengthened its business foundations amid rapid financial digitalization in Indonesia.
Company data shows that Jalin's digital service segment experienced significant growth of 38 percent compared to the previous period. This increase was driven by high industry demand for efficient connectivity among banking institutions, financial technology (fintech) companies, and various elements within the national payment ecosystem.
Since its establishment in 2016, Jalin has proven its role as the backbone of the digital transaction system by connecting more than 105 financial institutions. This success is inseparable from strategic support within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem, namely through the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Holding Danareksa and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., which continue to oversee the company's infrastructure capacity development.
President Director of Jalin, Ario Tejo Bayu Aji, stated that the achievements throughout 2025 serve as proof of the importance of infrastructure readiness in supporting the government's digitalization agenda. Moving forward, Jalin is committed to maintaining efficiency and expanding service integration to anticipate future transaction surges.
Operationally, Jalin maintained system reliability above 99.9 percent, including during peak transaction periods such as major religious holidays. This performance gained international recognition with the Best Retail Payment Technology Initiative in Asia Pacific award at the Asian Banker Global Financial Technology Innovation Awards 2025, achieved through the successful modernization of Himbara's Link ATM network.
