Artist and presenter Aldi Taher has once again caught the public's attention after announcing his intention to sell his private home. The residence, located in the Jakarta area, is being offered at a fantastic price of IDR 6.5 billion.
This news was first shared by Aldi through a post on his personal Instagram account. The sudden decision immediately triggered various speculations among netizens, ranging from financial difficulties to rumors that the businesses he manages are facing bankruptcy.
However, there has been no official statement from Aldi confirming the bankruptcy rumors. In the caption of his post, he openly stated that the sale of this property is purely because he needs fresh funds, or in the popular local term, 'butuh uang' (BU).
The house is offered in move-in condition, complete with all its furniture (fully furnished). Aldi even tagged several prominent domestic entrepreneurs, such as Putra Siregar and Juragan 99, hoping they would be interested in purchasing the asset as an investment instrument.
