The Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Agam Cut, confirmed that the matches will resume on Tuesday (7/28/2026) afternoon. The step to restart the tournament was taken based on a mutual agreement during the committee's internal meeting.
In the opening match of this resumed stage, spectators will be treated to a fierce duel between two formidable teams from different sub-districts. Cobra FC from Teupin Gajah Village, Pasie Raja Sub-district, is scheduled to battle for victory against PSAS FC from Alai Village, East Kluet Sub-district.
"Based on the committee's agreement, the MANIS CUP 1 matches are officially back on. Tomorrow afternoon will feature a fierce clash between Cobra FC from Teupin Gajah Village, Pasie Raja Sub-district, against PSAS FC from Alai Village, East Kluet Sub-district," said Agam Cut on Monday (7/27/2026).
The clash between the two teams is predicted to be tight, as both sides carry a must-win mission to secure a ticket to the next phase. The committee also appealed to all members of the community and football fans in the local area to attend and provide direct, sportsmanlike support to enliven the tournament.
