The National Executive Board of the Indonesian Civil Servants Corps (KORPRI) has officially launched the "One Million HPV Vaccination" program targeting State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and their family members. This preventive step was directly inspected by the General Chairman of the National KORPRI Executive Board and Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Prof. Zudan, on the sidelines of the launch of the new identity for RS KORPRI Pura Raharja in Surabaya City, East Java.
A total of 300 civil servants within the East Java Provincial Government and their families enthusiastically participated in the vaccination drive. This program is considered to provide a sense of security and demonstrates the government's real concern for the welfare of state servants. The participation of family members in this program also received high appreciation for expanding health protection within civil servants' households.
Through the "KORPRI Health" initiative, Prof. Zudan emphasized that safeguarding civil servants' health is an essential pillar in building a high-performing bureaucracy. Healthy civil servants are deemed to be more optimal and productive in delivering public services to the wider community. Therefore, this program is designed comprehensively, focusing not only on treatment but also on disease prevention.
Moving forward, KORPRI is committed to expanding the coverage of this preventive healthcare service nationally. Through cross-sectoral collaboration, the KORPRI Health program will continue to be developed through various clean and healthy lifestyle educational activities, periodic medical check-ups, and expanding access to immunizations for high-risk diseases.
