PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA) maintains an ambitious target, aiming for revenue of Rp70 trillion by 2026. This optimism comes amid a correction in global gold prices, which have dropped around 6.70% so far this year, from US$4,446 to US$4,148.8 per troy ounce.

Hartadinata Abadi's Investor Relations Director, Thendra Crisnanda, considers the current price weakness a natural dynamic of the commodity market. According to him, global and domestic gold demand fundamentals remain solid, driven by growing public awareness of gold savings and the development of the domestic bullion ecosystem.

Thendra added that current price volatility is influenced by market expectations regarding the Fed's interest rate policies and global geopolitical tensions. However, high demand for gold from central banks across various countries is expected to serve as a strong cushion supporting the long-term outlook for gold prices.

In response to these challenges, company management is committed to strengthening business fundamentals through enhanced good corporate governance (GCG), strict risk management, and full compliance with all operational regulations.

Meanwhile, Hartadinata's President Director, Sandra Sunanto, views the current price correction phase as a 'recovery pricing' period that is actually healthier for the business. According to her, gold price stabilization re-triggers public buying interest for both bullion bars and jewelry, compared to when prices experience extreme upward or downward trends.

The company targets a net profit in the range of Rp1.4 trillion to Rp1.5 trillion this year. This strategy is expected to sustain the company's growth amid dynamic global economic challenges.
