Batam residents now have a new sports destination option with the opening of Padel Orozon. Carrying the philosophy 'More Than Padel. More Than Sports', this location is designed not just as a match arena, but as a lifestyle center prioritizing social interaction and community.
As a venue labeling itself as Batam Premier & Smart Padel Destination, Orozon offers high-standard sports facilities combined with communal spaces. Director of Padel Orozon, Mitosima The Anakunda, stated that the presence of this facility aims to build an integrated healthy lifestyle ecosystem in Batam.
"We want Orozon to be a space where sports, community, technology, and lifestyle can synergize. It's not just about playing padel, but creating an inclusive activity ecosystem for the public," explained Mitosima in his statement.
As a form of commitment to embracing the local community, Padel Orozon successfully hosted its inaugural padel tournament on June 27-28, 2026. The event successfully attracted 80 teams competing for a total prize pool of Rp 60 million, reflecting high public interest in the sport.
Furthermore, Orozon strengthens its position as a modern destination by launching a dedicated application, the Orozon App. Available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, this digital platform makes it easier for players to access services and facilities at the venue, reinforcing the Smart Padel Destination concept they champion.
