One of the crucial points on the agenda is the government's proposal to amend the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law through simplified or expedited procedures. This step was taken as a responsive effort by the government to immediately institutionalize strategic policies while reducing the legislative agenda load during the routine year-end session.
In his directives, the Chairman of the National Assembly stressed that all relevant agencies must work disciplinedly and ensure that every draft regulation meets high quality standards. He explicitly warned ministers and agency heads against delays or last-minute submissions. If a draft is deemed not to meet feasibility standards, the project must be removed from the session agenda and rescheduled.
In addition, the importance of implementing regulations, such as decrees and circulars accompanying every law enactment, was emphasized.
