Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM) continues to reinforce its position as a Digital Business Campus by expanding strategic collaborations with the business and industrial world (DUDI). This concrete step was realized through a partnership between the Nusa Mandiri Career Center (NCC) and PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional, which was officially initiated in an online meeting on Tuesday (7/7).
The main focus of this collaboration is the organization of a program titled “From Campus to Career”. This intensive two-day mentoring program is specifically designed to equip students with 'Career DNA', a framework for deeply understanding self-potential, interests, and career path roadmaps relevant to current industry dynamics.
Head of Nusa Mandiri Career Center, Muhammad Faisal, explained that this program targets not only theoretical aspects but also guides students in honing practical skills. Participants will be equipped with techniques for drafting professional documents such as an effective Curriculum Vitae (CV), optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and developing portfolios that are attractive to recruiters.
Beyond technical skills, the program curriculum also includes the development of a professional mindset, personal branding strategies, and workplace adaptability. This initiative is open to all students across various study programs in an effort to create an inclusive career development ecosystem.
Muhammad Faisal emphasized that today's workforce challenges demand more than just academic grades. Therefore, synergy with industry partners such as PT Dreamaxtion Teknologi Internasional is considered crucial to bridge competency gaps, ensuring UNM graduates have mature readiness and high competitiveness, both nationally and globally.
