PT Bank Jago Tbk has officially introduced an update to the 'Pocket Inspiration' feature within their application. This strategic move is designed to help customers allocate funds in a more measured way according to their individual priorities, habits, and personal financial goals.
Through this feature, customers can access customized fund allocation recommendations after answering a series of questions regarding their financial capacity and financial character profile. The system automatically categorizes users into six character categories, such as Pioneer, Warrior, to Planner, to provide more relevant and flexible management guidance.
Michael Hartawan, Head of Retail Banking Brand & Marketing at Bank Jago, revealed that this innovation stemmed from the realization that every individual has unique financial needs. Prior to this major launch, the bank also conducted experiments through the 'Reality Challenge,' which showed a shift in customer mindset; moving from focusing solely on the amount of money to prioritizing literacy and wise fund management methods.
Behind this innovative step, Bank Jago is facing tight macroeconomic challenges. The issuer trading under the stock ticker ARTO decided to adjust deposit interest rates, lowering the upper limit of deposit interest rates to 5 percent to 6 percent from the previous 6.25 percent.
Meanwhile, pressure on the stock exchange still looms over Bank Jago's stock performance. Trading data recorded a significant decline, where ARTO shares corrected from the Rp1,900 level at the beginning of the year to Rp920 per share in July 2026, reflecting high volatility in the domestic digital banking sector.
