Persik Kediri has officially announced Dyaradzi Aufa Taruna, affectionately known as Razzi Taruna, as its new Sporting Director. This strategic move was taken by the White Tigers management as a concrete effort to strengthen the organizational structure and formulate a more progressive direction for the club's development ahead of the upcoming season.
Razzi Taruna is no new name in the national football scene. He has a solid track record while serving as the manager of PSIM Yogyakarta. His golden experience in leading the club nicknamed Laskar Mataram to win Liga 2 and secure promotion to the top flight, Liga 1, serves as a major asset for Persik Kediri in transforming towards a more modern club management.
Persik Kediri President Director, Souraiya Farina Alhaddar, revealed that Razzi's appointment was based on a shared vision and a deep understanding of the club's foundational values. Management expressed high confidence that Razzi can synergize the coaching staff and personnel to build an integrated football ecosystem, ranging from player development to managerial operations.
"Razzi is a new strength for us. He brings not only experience, but also a vision to build a competitive squad and create an interconnected ecosystem within the organization," said Souraiya Farina.
On the other hand, Razzi Taruna welcomed this challenge with high enthusiasm. He assessed that Persik Kediri has a solid foundation, both in terms of player quality, coaching staff, and supportive management. With the built synergy, he is optimistic about making a significant contribution to enhancing the White Tigers' competitiveness at the highest level of Indonesian football next season.
