Seno Prafitri Adi has been officially re-elected as the Chairman of the Indonesian Community Sports Committee (KORMI) of Pekalongan City for the 2026-2031 term. The decision was made by acclamation during the City Congress (Muskot) held at the Kospin Jasa Training Center Building, Pekalongan City, on Sunday, July 12, 2026.

This acclamation was achieved after 30 Parent Sports Organizations (Inorga) attending the forum gave their full support to Seno to continue his leadership. The election process was witnessed by various stakeholders, including representatives from KONI Pekalongan City, the Education Office, the Health Office, as well as the Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office (Dinparbudpora) of Pekalongan City.

In his speech, Seno expressed his commitment to continuing to popularize sports as an inclusive and fun lifestyle for all residents of Pekalongan. He aims to transform recreational sports into part of a sustainable lifestyle, while ensuring KORMI remains a driving force for a healthy and fit community.

Seno's track record during his previous term includes various strategic achievements, including the Pekalongan City contingent successfully securing 4th place at the Central Java Regional Sports Festival (Forda) in Banyumas in 2024. In addition, the contingent he led also managed to bring home eight medals from the National Sports Festival (Fornas) in West Nusa Tenggara and 22 gold medals at the 2025 Forda in Solo.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Youth and Sports Division of Dinparbudpora, Irwin Andromeda, who attended representing the Mayor of Pekalongan, emphasized the importance of the City Congress as a space for evaluation and planning strategic work programs. The Pekalongan City Government expressed optimism that under Seno's leadership, KORMI will continue to achieve proud accomplishments and bring honor to the region on a wider stage.
