The Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Sekampung Subdistrict demonstrated active involvement in supporting public health service programs. KUA official Moh. Fathulloh, S.Ag., alongside Islamic Religious Educator Riyadi, S.H.I., took part directly in ensuring the success of the free health screening event held at the Sekampung Subdistrict Hall on Friday (10/07/2026).
The event, which is part of the Free Health Screening (PKG) acceleration efforts in East Lampung Regency, was organized through a collaboration between the Sekampung Subdistrict Office, the Sekampung Community Health Center (Puskesmas), and the Trimulyo Community Health Center. The activity was also attended by members of the Subdistrict Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimcam), including Sekampung District Head Suparman, S.IP., and Sekampung Police Chief Eko, S.H., to ensure smooth services for local residents.
On that occasion, the KUA representatives not only assisted with technical operations on the ground, but also actively urged the public to take advantage of these health services as a preventive measure to maintain personal well-being. The presence of religious officials within a health service setting serves as a concrete manifestation of cross-sector synergy in supporting local government development programs.
Head of the Sekampung Subdistrict KUA, Sobri, S.Ag., M.H.I., expressed his full appreciation for his staff's participation. According to him, the role of the KUA has expanded beyond religious administrative matters to actively supporting government programs that have a direct impact on public social welfare.
"We are committed to supporting agendas that deliver real benefits to the public. Hopefully, through this synergy, public awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle will continue to grow, leading to a more productive and prosperous community," Sobri stated. This initiative is expected to become a momentum to strengthen inter-agency coordination in East Lampung toward creating more inclusive and solution-oriented public services.
