BPJS Kesehatan Solok Branch continues to make progressive efforts to improve the quality of service for participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN). The latest step taken is introducing the Mobile BPJS service, which operated directly at TK. IV Hospital 01.07.06 Solok on Monday (13/07), aiming to reduce travel distance and time for the public in accessing their administrative rights.

Head of BPJS Kesehatan Solok Branch, Neri Eka Putri, emphasized that this proactive outreach initiative was designed as a solution for people facing mobility constraints or busy schedules. Through the presence of officers at health facilities, participants can now handle various administrative tasks, ranging from registering new members, updating data, to transferring First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) without having to physically visit the branch office.

In addition to face-to-face services via the mobile unit, management continues to educate the public on optimizing available digital channels, such as the Mobile JKN application, the PANDAWA service via WhatsApp, and the Care Center 165 helpline. This digital transformation is expected to provide full flexibility for participants to manage their JKN membership independently from anywhere.

The introduction of this innovation received a warm welcome from the local community. Several participants, such as Jusmadi and Maidawati, gave positive testimonials regarding the efficiency and friendliness of the field officers. They acknowledged that the technical assistance provided by officers, including guidance on using digital applications, was very effective in resolving the administrative obstacles they had previously experienced.
