SDIT Ar-Rohmah, located in Paron District, Ngawi Regency, proactively strengthened the competence of its teaching staff through an In-House Training (IHT) event held on Friday (10/07/2026). This training focused on synchronizing the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with the use of educational technology and student character strengthening.

A total of 38 participants, consisting of teachers and educational staff, received direct mentoring from an academic from Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA), Dr. Wachidatul Linda Yuhanna, M.Si. In her presentation, Dr. Linda emphasized the crucial role of teachers as classroom innovators capable of balancing technological advancements with the instillation of essential character values such as creativity, collaboration, and independence.

The Principal of SDIT Ar-Rohmah, Aprilianna Kartika Sari, M.Pd., stated that this activity is a strategic step for the school to ensure the quality of educational services remains relevant in the digital era. The school is committed to encouraging teachers to be more creative in designing student-centered learning experiences.

This synergy between SDIT Ar-Rohmah and UNIPMA Madiun is part of a Community Service program aimed at building an adaptive educational ecosystem. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that teachers will not only become technically proficient but also capable of integrating digital media as a primary support in shaping a future generation with integrity.
