PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk is now entering a new chapter in its corporate journey by shifting its business model, which previously relied heavily on the popularity of its two founders, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina. This strategic step was taken as an effort to transform the company into a more independent and sustainable business entity.
President Director of RANS Entertainment, Nagita Slavina Mariana Tengker, explained that diversification is the main key to this strategy. The company is consistently expanding its portfolio into sectors outside media, covering intellectual property (IP) management, event management, and consumer product development.
Company data shows the success of this transition. The revenue contribution directly sourced from Raffi and Nagita's brand ambassador activities was recorded to have decreased significantly, from 24 percent in 2023 to 14 percent in 2025. Conversely, non-media business lines now dominate the company's revenue structure with a share reaching 51.76 percent as of 2025.
Raffi Ahmad emphasized that the step to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a commitment to pass on a professionally and transparently managed company. He is determined to make RANS a strong business entity with high economic value, even in the future when he and Nagita are no longer actively involved in daily operations.
Looking to the future, the company plans to continue optimizing its intellectual assets and invest in artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This focus is projected to be the main driver of RANS's growth, while solidifying the company's position as a public business entity owned by the wider community.
