Sakha Coffee Roastery, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) based in Bekasi, recorded a significant achievement with a 60 percent increase in sales volume compared to normal periods. This surge in business performance was driven by the company's active participation in the #BeliLokal campaign initiated by Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.

Since entering the online market in 2018, Sakha Coffee has relied on the digital ecosystem to reach a cross-regional customer base across Indonesia. Currently, around 40 percent of the company's total revenue comes directly from digital channels, making it one of the main pillars of their business strategy.

Founder of Sakha Coffee Roastery, Teuku Andi Nova Reza, explained that technology is not merely a transaction tool, but an educational medium. Through short video features and *live shopping* sessions, the company is able to communicate the narrative behind every Indonesian coffee bean, from its origin and brewing techniques to its flavor profile, ultimately fostering deeper appreciation from consumers.

This rapid growth has also had a broad impact on job creation. From an initial team of just five people, Sakha Coffee now employs more than 100 people. In addition, collaboration with coffee farmers from various regions such as Mandailing, Lampung, to Papua ensures a sustainable supply chain for local coffee industry players.

Data from Tokopedia and TikTok Shop shows that as of the first quarter of 2026, the #BeliLokal program has successfully engaged more than 20,000 sellers. Senior Director of Tokopedia and TikTok Shop Indonesia, Vonny Ernita Susamto, emphasized that easy market access for local products not only strengthens the position of MSMEs, but also solidifies an inclusive and sustainable creative economy ecosystem for surrounding communities.
