A success story comes from a micro-enterprise in Sidoarjo that has successfully penetrated international markets thanks to synergy with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jalian, owner of the sticky rice brownie business under the brand 'It's Me Time', admitted that his business steps have become firmer since becoming a BRI customer in 2018.

The support provided by BRI is not limited to financing aspects. Jalian received comprehensive assistance through the BRI Rumah BUMN program. This program has become a catalyst for improving business governance, enhancing product quality, and developing more modern and targeted marketing strategies.

Thanks to this intensive guidance, It's Me Time has managed to meet international quality standards. This flagship product has now secured several important certifications, ranging from PIRT and Halal to global food safety standards such as HACCP. This standardization is a key factor for the MSME in guaranteeing product competitiveness in the eyes of global consumers.

Since 2021, It's Me Time's production capacity has surged sharply, reaching 25,000 units per month. This success became even more evident when the product from Sidoarjo began penetrating foreign markets, including Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia, after being included in various international-scale exhibitions by BRI.

Senior Executive Vice President of Ultra Micro Business at BRI, M. Candra Utama, stated that this success is a tangible manifestation of BRI's commitment to encouraging MSMEs to scale up. Through Rumah BUMN, BRI continuously strives to increase business capacity and digital literacy for entrepreneurs so they can compete sustainably in both domestic and global markets.
