The Tax Department of Quang Ngai Province continues to accelerate digital transformation in the fiscal administration sector. To date, nearly 37,000 business households in the region have registered and are actively utilizing the eTax Mobile application.
This strategic step is part of the local government's efforts to modernize tax management. Through the optimization of the eTax Mobile application and the Tax Public Service Portal, taxpayers can now complete various administrative obligations online, unhindered by spatial or temporal constraints.
Data from the tax authorities show significant success, with the participation rate of individual entrepreneurs and business households in electronic tax reporting reaching 98 percent. This figure reflects the high public awareness of the efficiency of the digital services provided.
Moving forward, the Quang Ngai Tax Department is committed to further expanding the reach of education and technical support for taxpayers. This initiative is expected to improve the quality of public services while ensuring more transparent and accountable tax compliance at the local level.
