The regional electric motorcycle market is once again buzzing with the arrival of the Yadea Vora in the Vietnamese market. This eco-friendly electric scooter targets the mid-range segment by offering a combination of modern design, advanced technology, and an extraordinary range of up to nearly 300 kilometers on a single full charge. Priced at around VND 42.99 million (equivalent to IDR 27 million), this motorcycle is ready to compete fiercely in the green two-wheeler market.

Visually, the Yadea Vora sports a premium aesthetic that combines sharp lines with elegant curves. The scooter is ergonomically designed with a wide stepped seat and a spacious footrest area, providing extra comfort for both long-distance trips and daily commutes. With dimensions of 1,920 mm in length, 685 mm in width, 1,150 mm in height, and a seat height of 770 mm, this bike is highly accommodating to the posture of Southeast Asian riders and agile when maneuvering through heavy traffic.

The main advantage of the Yadea Vora lies in its flexible dual-battery configuration. Utilizing a 72V-50Ah lithium-ion main battery, this motorcycle can cover a distance of up to 188 km. This riding range can be increased to 296 km by adding a 72V-30Ah backup battery. The battery pack is IP67 certified for dust and water resistance, with an estimated lifespan of up to 10 years and a full charging time ranging between 6 to 8 hours.

In terms of performance, the Vora is equipped with a TTFAR electric motor with a nominal capacity of 1,500 W and a peak power of 2,630 W. Its maximum speed is limited to 60 km/h for urban riding safety, with a climbing capability of up to a 15-degree incline. Riding safety is also supported by an IPX7 waterproof rating for the motor, a dual-piston disc brake system on both wheels, and hydraulic suspension that optimally absorbs vibrations.

Smart technology is also a major highlight of this electric scooter. Yadea has integrated an interactive TFT screen that connects to smartphones via Bluetooth and the AIGO MAX platform, enabling access to real-time navigation, GPS tracking, and music playback. This motorcycle is also equipped with cutting-edge safety features such as a Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Hold Control (HHC), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and a modern keyless locking system.

The presence of the Yadea Vora intensifies the competition in the electric motorcycle market, which has already been crowded by other strong models. Some of these include the VinFast Vento NEO, priced at 32 million VND with a range of 194 km, the Vero X at 34.9 million VND which can cover a distance of 262 km, and the Yamaha NEO, which targets dynamic young consumers with an eco-friendly philosophy.
