PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) officially held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Tuesday (June 30, 2026) in Jakarta. The main agenda of the meeting focused on refreshing the company's executive board to respond to evolving industry dynamics.
This change in the composition of the board of directors comes following the resignation of Vera Kirana from her position as Director of Business Portfolio and Risk in mid-May. As her replacement, shareholders agreed to appoint Rozi Sparta to fill the strategic position to ensure more solid managerial continuity.
As a result of this decision, Ki Syahgolang Permata no longer serves concurrently as Acting Director of Business Portfolio and Risk. He will fully refocus on his primary responsibility as the company's Director of Human Capital and Legal.
Adhi Karya's management emphasized that this restructuring step is part of a strategic effort to strengthen corporate governance. The company's main focus remains on its core construction business, while simultaneously enhancing effectiveness in portfolio management and future risk management.
