A proud achievement was once again recorded by an athlete from the Quick Action Forces Command (Korpasgat). Sergeant Second Class Rimba Anggi Yudha, a soldier from the Satuan Bravo 90 Pasgat unit, successfully emerged as the fastest runner in the 5K category at the IBI Fun Run 2026 event held in Magetan Regency, East Java, on Sunday (12/7/2026).
Sergeant Second Class Rimba's success in crossing the finish line first is the fruit of high dedication to a consistent development program. Under the auspices of Matra 1 Pasgat Detachment, he was forged through strict training discipline and prime physical conditioning, enabling him to demonstrate a stable competitive performance throughout the race.
Commander of Matra 1 Pasgat Detachment, Lieutenant Colonel Pas Fajrun Shodiq, expressed his highest appreciation for the achievement. He emphasized that this success stemmed from the collaboration between the athlete's hard work and the full support of the coaching team within a sustainable development system.
Furthermore, Lieutenant Colonel Pas Fajrun Shodiq advised Sergeant Second Class Rimba not to rest on his laurels with the current results. He hopes this achievement will serve as an encouragement for the soldier to continue honing his skills and motivate all other Korpasgat personnel to consistently maintain physical fitness and actively bring honor to the unit in various sports events, both regionally and nationally.
