Research firm Bernstein recently released an analysis on the outlook of the business services sector in the United States. The main focus of this analysis is on companies that possess pricing power advantages and consistent revenue streams, despite current market valuations tending to be higher than the S&P 500 index.

Waste Connections is the main highlight with an Outperform rating and a price target of $205. Bernstein assesses that the solid waste management company has highly efficient operations and discipline in its merger and acquisition strategies. Although it faced challenges related to landfills, Bernstein views this as a temporary issue, making the current stock price level an attractive accumulation opportunity for investors.

On the other hand, Ferguson is positioned as a key player in supporting the construction of trillion-dollar data center infrastructure in the United States. With a dominant market share in various crucial sectors, Ferguson is believed to benefit significantly from the industry shift toward liquid-based cooling systems. Despite dynamics surrounding the planned delisting from the London Stock Exchange, the company's business fundamentals are still considered very strong.

Meanwhile, Cintas received a Market-Perform rating with a price target of $200. Bernstein acknowledges Cintas's impressive growth track record over more than five decades. However, caution remains in place regarding the UniFirst acquisition process, which is currently still under regulatory review, sparking uncertainty about the company's future total addressable market estimates.
