The Tangerang Regency Health Agency (Dinkes) held a routine morning assembly on Wednesday (08/07/2026), focusing on two crucial issues requiring rapid response. Led by the Head of the Disease Prevention, Control, and Environmental Health (P3PL) Division, the event served as an internal consolidation mechanism to address environmental health challenges and public service delivery.
The main focus of the briefing was managing the public health impacts resulting from the fire at the Jatiwaringin Final Disposal Site (TPA). The Health Agency is committed to active mitigation to prevent the spread of diseases or respiratory issues that may arise from air pollution originating from the fire site.
In addition, the Health Agency staff were urged to optimize the achievements of the Free Health Checkup (CKG) program. The start of the 2026/2027 Academic Year serves as a strategic target for the agency to ensure all new students receive comprehensive health checkups as part of preventive efforts.
The morning assembly, attended by all structural and functional officials as well as staff, concluded with a joint prayer. The strengthening of these two agendas is expected to maintain optimal public health standards in Tangerang Regency, despite facing dynamic environmental challenges.
