The Branch Management Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (BPC HIPMI) of Indramayu Regency officially organized a briefing and orientation for candidate board members for the 2026–2029 service period. The event, which took place in the Hall of the PT Taruna Beton Balongan Building, was designed to foster a solid, visionary new leadership capable of accelerating the economy in the land of Wiralodra.
On this occasion, the Chairman of BPC HIPMI Indramayu, Taufik Zaenal Mustofa, emphasized his commitment to not only focus on the internal strengthening of the organization. He revealed that his party is currently drafting a strategic document in the form of a Master Plan for Accelerating Business Strengthening, projected as the main compass in encouraging young entrepreneurs to become key players in driving the regional economy.
Taufik explained that there are four main pillars in the master plan. First, a comprehensive inventory of members' business potentials to map strategic collaborations. Second, strengthening synergies with the local government, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), the banking sector, and other stakeholders. Third, the formation of an integrated business ecosystem covering supply chains, investment, financing, to market penetration.
Meanwhile, the fourth pillar targets the strategic position of HIPMI Indramayu as a decision maker and "king maker" in the regional investment climate. Through this step, the organization is expected to make an active, tangible contribution to formulating the direction of economic development policies in the local region.
Echoing this sentiment, the founder of PT Taruna Beton and senior HIPMI figure, Purnomo, reminded the audience of the importance of sensitivity in reading changing market dynamics. He urged young entrepreneurs under the auspices of HIPMI not to remain passive spectators, but to proactively take the lead in seizing every business opportunity for the wider welfare of the community.
Through this intensive briefing, BPC HIPMI Indramayu is optimistic about socializing the work ethic of "Entrepreneur Fighter, Fighter Entrepreneur". This fighting spirit is expected to be a solid foundation for the organization in expanding cross-sector collaboration, strengthening economic independence, and realizing regional development goals toward a more advanced Indramayu.
