PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk (MMIX) officially announced a strategic step through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Hermina Employee Consumer Cooperative (KOKARMINA) on July 8, 2026. This initiative is projected as a concrete effort by the company to support the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision, particularly in providing broader and more efficient access to healthcare services for all levels of society.

This partnership serves as a synergy bridge between MMIX and the ecosystem of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL). As one of the largest hospital network managers, HEAL currently operates 52 healthcare facilities spread across 63 cities and 17 provinces in Indonesia, including a hospital already operational in Nusantara Capital City (IKN). This collaboration is supported by a large ecosystem involving approximately 19,000 medical personnel and professional staff.

The main focus of this cooperation is fulfilling the procurement needs of medical devices and essential personal care products for hospitals. Through a more efficient supply chain integration, both parties are committed to reducing operational costs, directly impacting product selling prices so that both BPJS and non-BPJS patients can enjoy services at more affordable costs.

In addition to cost efficiency, MMIX reiterated its commitment to continuously deliver innovative value-added products for medical personnel. This synergy is expected to strengthen the availability of quality product inventory across the network of hospitals and clinics under the Hermina Group, while making a tangible contribution to improving the health status of the Indonesian people nationwide.
