In an effort to accelerate its digital transformation roadmap, the Vietnam Farmers' Union has officially introduced the use of Core Finance software for the management staff of the Farmer Support Fund. This step was taken to modernize operational governance, making it more efficient and integrated across all organizational levels.

Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union and Director of the Management Board of the Farmer Support Fund, emphasized that the adoption of this technology is a crucial milestone. The new system is designed to manage the entire operational cycle, from capital sourcing and loan disbursement to accurate financial reporting management.

During technical training sessions, participants received direct guidance from the software developers. The main focus of the training included an in-depth understanding of debt management, risk handling, and financial data standardization, which is expected to enhance transparency for local farmers.

Beyond technical training, the conference served as a forum to discuss and identify potential obstacles in system implementation. With operational standardization in place, all staff are expected to operate the system consistently, ensuring that support fund services for farmers run faster, more accurately, and with greater accountability.
