Deputy Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Purwadi Arianto, conducted a working visit to the Udayana Army Hospital (RSAD) in Denpasar, Bali, on Thursday (9/7/2026). During the visit, accompanied by Chief of Presidential Staff Dudung Abdurrachman, he highlighted the urgency of improving public service quality in the health sector to remain oriented toward patient needs.
As a healthcare facility under the auspices of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD), RSAD Udayana not only prioritizes services for military personnel and their families, but also opens access to services for the general public. Purwadi expressed special appreciation for the hospital's commitment to providing comprehensive facilities, ranging from inpatient and outpatient services, emergency room units, to continuously updated specialist services.
"We appreciate RSAD Udayana's commitment to continuously strengthening service transformation through quality information management, hospital information system development, and improving human resource competence," said Purwadi. According to him, these strategic steps are crucial assets for creating sustainable and responsive healthcare services.
Furthermore, Purwadi emphasized that improving service quality is a collective responsibility that requires collaboration among various stakeholders. The Ministry of PANRB together with the Executive Office of the President continue to encourage service units under Kodam IX/Udayana to remain adaptive to public needs and capable of prioritizing good clinical and corporate governance principles.
Moving forward, RSAD Udayana is expected to continue driving innovation, including strengthening digital transformation in its operational systems. Through these steps, it is hoped that the general public and the extended military family can obtain faster, more precise healthcare access with service certainty, while making RSAD Udayana a model for professional healthcare facility management.
