PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), has officially transferred its business unit as well as all intellectual property rights for the Loops and Lamina trademarks to PT Teletama Artha Mandiri. The value of the strategic transaction agreed upon by the two companies reached IDR 50.5 billion.
This corporate move was taken as part of efforts to restructure the group's business portfolio. Through this transfer, ERAL management believes that the potential of the Loops and Lamina brands can be maximized more effectively by leveraging the distribution network, logistics capabilities, and infrastructure owned by PT Teletama Artha Mandiri.
The company emphasized that the synergy under the Erajaya Digital umbrella aims to strengthen the competitiveness of electronic products and accessories in the domestic market. Placing these brands under more focused management is expected to expand market penetration while enhancing future product development capabilities.
Since both entities are under the same control, this transaction is categorized as an affiliated transaction. Previously, ERAL had also demonstrated business expansion through the formation of a joint venture with Pan Asia Indonesia Limited, namely PT Mega Cahaya Indonesia, which focuses on providing LED display devices, videotrons, and smartboards with a total investment reaching IDR 10.10 billion from internal cash.
