PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk (ERAL), a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA), has officially transferred all business units and intellectual property rights for the Loops and Lamina trademarks to PT Teletama Artha Mandiri. The value of this strategic transaction involving two entities under the Erajaya group reached IDR 50.5 billion.

ERAL management stated that this move was taken to maximize the potential of the two brands. With management shifting to Teletama Artha Mandiri, Loops and Lamina are expected to reach a broader distribution network, logistics, and infrastructure. This synergy is believed to be able to increase market penetration while strengthening the company's competitiveness in the electronic devices and accessories sector.

In an official statement released through an information disclosure, the company emphasized that this transaction is part of an effort to streamline its business portfolio. The focus of management, now under the umbrella of Erajaya Digital, is expected to provide flexibility for Teletama Artha Mandiri in product development and strengthen the brand's bargaining position in the eyes of consumers.

It should be noted that this corporate action is categorized as an affiliated transaction because both parties involved are under the control of the Erajaya group. Previously, ERAL had also demonstrated business expansion through the establishment of a joint venture, PT Mega Cahaya Indonesia (MCI), which focuses on providing technology products such as LED displays and videotrons with a total investment of IDR 10.10 billion from internal cash.
