This strategic partnership is driven by the ongoing doubts and misconceptions among domestic consumers regarding the operation and practicality of hybrid cars. EVSafe Indonesia, an institution focusing on electric vehicle education and certification, joins DFSK to present transparent and easily digestible information through various interactive sessions in the exhibition area.
Technically, PHEVs offer high efficiency by combining a conventional internal combustion engine (ICE) with a battery-based electric motor that can be charged independently. This flexibility allows drivers to use pure electric mode for short urban trips, while eliminating range anxiety during long-distance travels thanks to the support of the gasoline engine.
In addition to offering instant acceleration and a quiet cabin, this technology is claimed to significantly cut fuel consumption and reduce exhaust emissions.
