Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar reaffirmed its commitment to producing human resources ready to lead in the era of digital transformation. The Rector of UMI stated that the main step in facing technological developments is not merely adopting new systems, but preparing the leaders who will control them.
According to the Rector of UMI, leadership readiness is a crucial foundation before an institution undergoes comprehensive adaptation or technological overhaul. Without leadership character and capacity readiness, the adoption of cutting-edge technology risks not delivering an optimal impact on the advancement of education and society.
In line with the momentum towards UMI's 72nd anniversary (Milad) and the admission of new students, this green campus continues to integrate leadership values with Islamic character into its curriculum. This strategic step was taken to ensure that all UMI graduates are not only academically and technologically excellent, but also possess strong leadership integrity.
