This strategic move is led directly by Senior Inspector Nguyen Manh Cuong from Department XI, which oversees inspections, complaints, and dispute resolutions.
The audit process is scheduled to last for 30 working days, with the primary review period spanning from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026. However, the inspection team holds the authority to extend the scope of examination to periods prior to or following this timeframe to ensure data integrity and comprehensive findings.
The main focus of this inspection is to evaluate the effectiveness of state management in the petroleum industry, which is vital for economic stability. The team will examine the implementation of existing laws and regulations, identify potential weaknesses in control mechanisms, and uncover possible operational violations on the ground.
