The Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, has finally spoken out regarding wild rumors linking him to the ownership of the culinary business Kafe D'Clan, located in the Cipete area, South Jakarta. This clarification was made following intense social media speculation after a search conducted by the National Police investigation team.
In his official statement on Friday, February 10, 2026, Febrie firmly denied all the speculation. He stated that neither he personally nor the Jampidsus institution has any business ties with the establishment currently under public scrutiny.
In addition to addressing the business issue, Febrie also responded to the discovery of evidence during the investigation process involving his residence in the Sentul area, Bogor. He urged the public to remain calm and not rush to conclusions regarding the involvement of certain parties before the formal legal process is fully completed.
Febrie explained that every asset found on the ground has a legitimate owner who can be held legally accountable. However, he has not yet disclosed the identities of these parties to the public to maintain the integrity and smooth progress of the ongoing investigation.
His office ensured that all facts and explanations regarding the ownership of assets and evidence will be delivered transparently through established legal mechanisms. He also requested public support to allow law enforcement officers the space to work and resolve this case professionally and objectively.
