The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, has officially refuted rumors claiming he has business ties with the De’Clan cafe located in the Cipete area, South Jakarta. This clarification was delivered directly by Febrie while addressing reporters at the Attorney General's Office's Round Building in Jakarta on Friday (10/7/2026).

The issue regarding ownership of the business had previously been widely discussed across various social media platforms. The speculation emerged after investigators from the Jakarta Metro Police searched the cafe's premises as part of an ongoing investigation into a case handled by law enforcement agencies.

Responding to the circulating information, Febrie emphasized that the narrative linking him to the operation of De'Clan cafe is false. He also urged the public to remain calm and refrain from rushing to conclusions before the ongoing legal process brings full clarity to the matter.

Furthermore, Febrie invited the public to await the official results of the police investigation. In his view, this step is essential to ensure that all facts are disclosed transparently and to prevent prolonged controversy among the public caused by unverified information.
