The Jazz Gunung Bromo 2026 stage once again delivered a magical atmosphere on its second day at the Jiwa Jawa Resort Amphitheater, Probolinggo, on Saturday (25/7/2026) night. Thousands of jazz lovers, affectionately known as Jamaah Al-Jazziyah, packed the performance area to enjoy the harmony of music amidst the cold mountain air.
The excitement of the second night was kicked off by an energetic performance from Littlefingers, followed by a brilliant collaboration of Kevin Yosua Big 6 with Nesia Ardi, which instantly fired up the audience. The atmosphere grew even livelier when the band Ali took the stage, presenting a unique blend of funk, disco, and psychedelic rock wrapped in Arabic lyrics that successfully thawed the cold night.
This international-standard stage was also enlivened by a cross-border collaboration between Simone Prattico Java Collective, Sri Hanuraga, and Kevin Yosua, as well as an attractive performance by the French band Watchdog. The high-class jazz arrangements they presented garnered high appreciation from the attending audience.
The peak of the night's warmth was brought by the legendary collaborative performance of Indra Lesmana LLW with Eva Celia and Teza Sumendra. The audience was lost in nostalgia as a series of hit songs such as "Ekspresi", "Nostalgia", and "Aku Ingin" were performed with stunning jazz arrangements until the end of the show.
This unique experience was acknowledged by Faisal, a spectator from Solo who was attending the festival for the first time. He admitted to being impressed by the variety of music genres presented, including an unexpected exploration of jazz-metal, and admired the consistency of Indra Lesmana's work, which remains relevant across generations.
Echoing Faisal's sentiments, Halik, another jazz enthusiast, appreciated the warm performances of the musicians, which managed to overcome the cold Bromo weather. The success of the second day followed the excitement of the first day on Friday (24/7/2026), which had previously been shaken by stunning performances from Isyana Sarasvati, Bilal Indrajaya, and collaborations with other international musicians.
