Paramount Gading Serpong has officially introduced Hampton as an integral part of the Manhattan District development. This 22-hectare project is designed as a regional business and commercial hub that prioritizes the multi-experience concept, combining the economic sector with social interaction spaces.

The Hampton area consists of four main zones: Hampton Square, Hampton Avenue, Hampton Promenade, and Hampton Walk. Carrying the tagline "One Area, Endless Exploration", Paramount reaffirms its commitment to presenting an ecosystem where business, culinary, and entertainment functions can be enjoyed by the public in one integrated location.

Paramount Land Director, Chrissandy Dave, revealed that this area has undergone a gradual development process since 2021. Market confidence in the area is highly significant, as evidenced by the surge in unit occupancy rate from 23% in July 2025 to over 81% by the end of June 2026.

Meanwhile, the Sales & Marketing Director of Paramount Land, Ferry John Sihombing, stated that this inauguration marks a new chapter in the area's activation. The company's strategy does not stop at providing physical buildings but also involves careful tenant curation to create a sustainable experience for visitors.
