The Communication, Information, Cybersecurity, and Statistics Agency (Diskominfo) of Kampar Regency secured a narrow 4-3 victory over the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Kampar Regency in a friendly mini soccer match. This fiercely contested match was held at the Triple A (3A) Mini Soccer Field, Batu Belah Village, Kampar District, on Thursday (23/7/2026).
Led by professional referee Salis, both teams immediately played an open game from the opening minutes. High-intensity end-to-end attacks characterized the entire match, producing a total of seven entertaining goals for the spectators. Brilliant performances from both goalkeepers prevented a higher scoreline, until Diskominfo finally sealed the match with a narrow lead.
The Head of Kampar Bapenda, Zamhur, ST., MT., who also played in the match, appreciated the activity. According to him, playing sports together is an effective instrument to improve togetherness and physical health among Civil Servants (ASN) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). He hopes that synergy between Regional Government Departments (OPD) can continue to be strengthened through similar activities.
Echoing this sentiment, the Secretary of Kampar Diskominfo, Safaruddin, M.Si., representing the Head of the Agency Lukmansyah Badoe, viewed this friendly match not just as a sporting event, but as a medium for healthy communication and collaboration. He added that this activity will be held regularly to build harmonious relationships in supporting public service performance. Meanwhile, two of Diskominfo's winning goals in the match were scored by the Head of the Cybersecurity Division, Edison.
