PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk (ELPI) has officially expanded its international operational reach by establishing a new subsidiary named Elpi Samudra Offshore Pte. Ltd. This entity is domiciled in Singapore and was officially incorporated on July 1, 2026.
The establishment of this company was carried out through another ELPI subsidiary, Elpi International Pte. Ltd., which holds full ownership of the new company's shares. According to data from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore, this entity is located at High Street Plaza and operates in shipping services, chartering of ships with crew, and non-financial holding functions.
ELPI Corporate Secretary, Wawan Heri Purnomo, explained that this strategic move was taken as a concrete effort by the company to strengthen its position in the Asia-Pacific market. The company is optimistic that the presence of this new subsidiary will open up broader cooperation opportunities, both through strategic partnerships and joint ventures in the future.
Management also assured that this expansion has no negative impact on the overall financial condition or operational continuity of the company.
