PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) has officially completed its strategic step by listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (10/7/2026). The inauguration of the initial public offering was marked by a bell-ringing ceremony led by RANS founder Raffi Ahmad, alongside prominent national businessman Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad, affectionately known as Haji Isam.

Haji Isam's presence during this important milestone was not merely formal. Raffi Ahmad revealed that the South Kalimantan businessman has long served as a mentor guiding him through the business world. Beyond his advisory role, Haji Isam also holds a 1 percent stake in RANS, reflecting his personal confidence in the company's prospects.

Raffi stated that support from senior capital market figures like Haji Isam provides a major boost of motivation for RANS. According to Raffi, Haji Isam's presence serves as a positive signal for players in the national creative industry to remain bold in expanding and building sustainable business models within the domestic capital market.

In addition to support from Haji Isam, RANS's success in going public was backed by other strategic corporate investors, including PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK). Trust from top-tier investors is seen as proof that RANS possesses strong fundamentals rather than relying solely on the popularity of its founder.

Moving forward, RANS management is committed to maintaining the company's performance to meet the expectations of all shareholders. Raffi emphasized that this step marks a new chapter for the company to continuously contribute to advancing Indonesia's creative industry ecosystem through transparent and accountable corporate governance.
