Festivities filled the Leyangan Housing area, Semarang Regency, as thousands of residents crowded the complex's main street to participate in the Gear Ultima Carnival. The event, initiated by Yamaha in collaboration with Dealer Harpindo Jaya Ungaran, took place throughout the weekend, Saturday to Sunday (18-19/7/2026), featuring a blend of public entertainment and affordable vehicle service programs.

At least 1,300 residents of various age groups enthusiastically participated in the series of activities. The committee presented a variety of interactive competitions, ranging from a fun walk, coloring contest for children, karaoke singing competition, Ultima Race dexterity competition, to a staple food shopping race which became the main attraction for housewives.

Promotion of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing DDS 3, M. Nindyarto Laksmana Praja, expressed deep appreciation for the warm welcome from the East Leyangan community. He explained that the shopping competition was deliberately designed to provide direct benefits, where participants were given shopping funds to buy daily essential goods such as rice, eggs, cooking oil, and vegetables, which they could then take home for free.

Besides being entertaining, this event also served as a demonstration of the practicality of the Yamaha Gear Ultima scooter. Neneng, one of the competition participants, admitted to being impressed by the luggage capacity of the automatic motorcycle, which was able to accommodate a lot of belongings. The slim body design apparently did not limit storage space, complemented by double cargo hooks deemed highly functional for supporting daily mobility.

Not only presenting entertainment, this festival also demonstrated social care through an affordable service booth. This vehicle maintenance service was inclusive, as it was not only intended for Yamaha motorcycle owners, but open to motorcycle users of various other brands looking to service their vehicles at pocket-friendly costs.

The Head of RW 09 Leyangan Housing, Suryo, expressed his gratitude for Yamaha's initiative, which was deemed very helpful to his residents amidst current economic conditions. He gave special appreciation to the cross-brand service policy, which was seen as showing genuine care without discriminating against consumers, thus having a broad positive impact on the local community.
