The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), has officially recruited five new specialist doctors in an effort to significantly improve the quality of healthcare services for the local community.

This tactical step was taken by the hospital management as a solution to reduce the high rate of patient referrals to health facilities outside the region. With the availability of adequate expert medical personnel, it is hoped that patients can receive optimal treatment directly in Dompu without having to travel long distances.

Specifically, the addition of these doctors is focused on strengthening surgical care and other specialist services. In addition to maximizing Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) services, RSUD Dompu is now supported by additional anesthesiologists and surgeons to ensure the smooth execution of surgical procedures.
