The RI-RDTL Border Security Task Force (Satgas Pamtas) East Sector from the Yonarmed 12 Kostrad once again demonstrated its concern for the welfare of the community in the border region. Through the Ailala Post, the soldiers organized a free healthcare service initiative centered in Alas Utara Village, East Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, on Sunday (5/7/2026).
This activity was designed to reach community members who have limited access to medical facilities. Healthcare personnel from the Ailala Post served residents by providing comprehensive physical check-ups, medical consultation sessions, and distributing medicines tailored to each patient's health complaints.
The Commander of the Ailala Post (Danpos), Sergeant Major (Serma) Dwi Eko, emphasized that this initiative is a concrete manifestation of the TNI's dedication to the community. According to him, the Task Force's presence in the border region does not only focus on defense and security aspects, but also plays an active role in improving the quality of life and raising residents' awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
The enthusiasm of the residents of Alas Utara Village was evident from the large number of participants who took advantage of the service. In addition to providing direct health benefits, this activity is expected to strengthen relations and solidify the unity between the TNI and the people on the frontlines of the Indonesian border, in order to create a safer and more prosperous environment.
