PT Sucor Sekuritas has confirmed its readiness to bring two new companies to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through initial public offering (IPO) mechanisms. The corporate actions are scheduled to take place throughout the second half of 2026.
President Director of Sucor Sekuritas, Bernadus Wijaya, explained that the two prospective issuers in the company's pipeline come from the technology and media sectors. However, Bernadus has not yet provided further details regarding the identity of the companies or the specific timeline for the offering.
Bernadus expressed optimism that capital market dynamics in the second half of 2026 will be more vibrant than in the first semester. According to him, business confidence is currently rising alongside the policy direction of the new leadership at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
This positive sentiment is also driven by the fundamental performance of several issuers that successfully listed on the exchange in the previous period. He emphasized that the key to a successful IPO lies not only in solid company fundamentals, but also in offering a competitive valuation compared to peers in the market.
As of early July 2026, five companies have successfully completed IPOs on the IDX, namely PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (WBSA), PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk (JECX), PT Bach Multi Global Tbk (BACH), and PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk (EMMI).
