The Poso Regency Government continues to strive to improve the quality of public health services by strengthening cross-sector synergy. This strategic step was realized through the BPJS Kesehatan Stakeholder Communication Forum, led directly by the Regional Secretary of Poso, Heningsih E.G. Tampai, in the Pogombo Meeting Room of the Poso Regent's Office.
This important meeting was attended by the Head of BPJS Kesehatan Palu Branch, Endang Triana Simanjuntak, representatives of BPJS Kesehatan Poso, as well as leaders of regional government agencies (OPD) such as the Health Office, BKAD, Bapelitbangda, Disdukcapil, and the Social Office. In addition, hospital directors and heads of community health centers (puskesmas) throughout Poso Regency were also present to align operational steps in the field.
In her directive, Poso Regional Secretary Heningsih emphasized that solid inter-agency collaboration is the key to overcoming various administrative and technical obstacles. This synergy is expected to provide faster, easier, and higher-quality access to healthcare services for all levels of society in Poso.
Several crucial agendas discussed in the forum included updating JKN membership data for greater validity, increasing public education regarding their rights and obligations, and enforcing private business compliance in registering their workers in the national health insurance program.
Not only that, the forum also evaluated the quality of healthcare services in primary healthcare facilities (FKTP) and referral centers, achievements in Capitation-Based Performance (KBK), as well as the smooth payment of claims to hospitals to maintain the operational continuity of medical services.
Heningsih added that strengthening the JKN Program aligns with the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government's "BERANI Sehat" vision, which is implemented at the regional level through the Poso Sehat Program. She hopes this ongoing collaboration can achieve equitable and reliable health insurance coverage in the Poso region.
