The resale (buyback) price of gold bars from PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (ANTM) experienced a decline in trading on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Based on data from Logam Mulia, the buyback price was corrected by IDR 15,000 to IDR 2,414,000 per gram.

It should be noted that the buyback price is the value set by the company when investors sell their gold back to Antam. This price is uniform for all denominations of LBMA-certified gold bars issued by the company, regardless of the gold's production year.

In its transaction mechanism, there are tax obligations referring to PMK No 34/PMK.10/2017. For resale transactions with a nominal value above IDR 10 million, Antam will deduct Income Tax Article 22 (PPh 22) directly from the total transaction value. The tax rate is 1.5 percent for taxpayers who have a Tax Identification Number (NPWP), and 3 percent for those who do not.

Regarding the completeness of identity documents, the company now applies provisions based on PMK Number 112/PMK.03/2022. This regulation establishes the use of the National Identity Number (NIK) as a replacement for the NPWP for individual taxpayers. Therefore, customers are advised to ensure the conformity of their NIK data before making transactions to ensure a smooth verification process at official outlets.
