Three interdisciplinary students from UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri (UIN Saizu) Purwokerto successfully achieved a proud milestone at the National Business Plan Competition organized by KOPMA FATAWA UIN Salatiga on June 10, 2026. The team, consisting of Nining Triana, Laelita Indah Aprilianti, and Jayid Al Bustomi, secured 2nd Place with their idea of a digital application called BizSobat.
The BizSobat application is designed as a comprehensive solution for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are still facing managerial constraints. The platform integrates various business mentoring services, ranging from business development consulting and financial administration management to facilitating business legality processes such as the Business Identification Number (NIB) through a single point of access.
The main advantage of BizSobat lies in its collaborative approach that combines Islamic economic perspectives, educational mentoring methods, and business law analysis. This interdisciplinary integration enables the creation of a service system that is not only professional but also affordable for micro-entrepreneurs who have previously struggled to access conventional business consulting services.
This innovation was born from the team's observation of the reality in the field, where many MSMEs have high-quality products but are hindered by weak administrative governance systems and a lack of legal standing. Through BizSobat, they offer a practical digital solution to boost professionalism and competitiveness among small business owners in the digital economy era.
This national-level achievement is clear proof that UIN Saizu students are capable of making concrete contributions to solving societal problems. The development team hopes that the BizSobat concept will not end at the competition stage, but can be realized into an operational application capable of supporting MSMEs sustainably to scale up their businesses.
